Yes! you heard right! 3rd time this year, can't believe it
Anyways, long story short! (yea right!)
On Thursday i had breakdancing class, practicing a routine that involved backspins (think this is what caused it). I was going @ it HARD. End of session, i'm feeling great, everything's fine....
Glad you had a great holiday. Hope mom's injured wrist doing better. nice to see your shoulder is doing better and must be with all the break dancing you've been up to. Continue to train well and having fun. That's what life's about. Andre
It's allways good to take a vacation. You can not make this thing a job, its should be a hobby. The day it starts to be a job, I'll quit. And I have been working out since I was twelve, its the love of the game that keeps me coming back! Hope your mum gets better!
yea man! Had the surgery at the end of May I'm at about 100% now! Cutting is going good, thinking about increasing the cardio though! How about your training!
Hey man, don't forget to stick with the big three when trying to gain muscle. Squat, Deadlift and Bench. The great ones practice the basic. A lot has happened since I first picked up a weight but I so remember being 6ft tall at 150lbs(skinny). But when my senior year of high school putting on around 20lbs of muscle while lifting on the powerlifting team and all we did was the big three lifts. Three times a week. Everyone thought I was on steroids! Good Luck!
I got mine playing the American version. Same exact story, man! Wet ground...no cleats...spun...slipped...popp ed. I've got some permanent nerve damage so things don't move the way they're supposed to but hey, at least I'm not in excruciating pain. Looking great, my man. al
