How I Started:
I was driven by a desire to change the way I looked. I always wanted to live a healthy and satifying life, so I made a commitment to transform my health and body.
Why I Love It:
It is a great way for me to feel and look healthy . It promotes good health, strength, discipline and a long lasting life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at muscle magazines, studying and reading up on weight training and nutrient, listening to my Ipod before and during the gym. Working out with motivating partners.

I found an earlier pic of me starting off in the gym here in Iraq. I was about 145 lbs here.
I'm about 164 lbs here with more mucsle and more confidents in the gym. My hard work is beginning to pay off.

I take True Mass (Protein) to replenish my body with protein and Cell Mass (creatine) to help aid in the recovery process.
