Alright so despite about a week and a half of feeling under the weather and missing some classes, I did manage to do a fair bit of walking and control my diet.  Way less cheating!  Yesterday I walked for at least 2 hours and this morning I was back at Intervals with Johnny.  I've dropped from 32% body fat down to 29.6%.  That feels a lot better than a whole lot of work for nothing.    I went off all supplements for about 4 days until I felt less queasy so this... So last week wasn't the best, I admit.  Co-workers coercing and coaxing me out to lunch with them, candies sweetly calling my name and the ale did flow.  Ah well, I was properly chastised by my 1 lb blubber gain.  The weekend I girded up my loins for battle, and ate BEFORE going out to some friends' place to partay.  My supplements were stashed in my backpack and I donned by 10lb vest and walked.  and walked.  and walked!  Admittedly I drank around 4 glasses of...
