How I Started:
I started working out the summer before I entered high school. I was always a skinny kid. I entered my first show June 2008 after wanting to compete for years!
Why I Love It:
Everyone who is serious about the gym knows that feeling you get when working out. The pump. The achievement of five more pounds. Its a feeling I can't get anywhere else. I just LOVE IT!
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy to stay motivated for me now that I have competed. Everyone always asks about it, if I am going to do it again. When people look at you knowing you've competed they expect you to look a certain way. I don't like not meeting or exceeding expectations!
BB Accomplishments:
One contest, 5th place after 16 years of working out. Not much but I plan on more!

If you're looking to gain weight, I recommend sausage and broccoli lasagna. I started eating that twice a month at the end of November and have gained 18 pounds of (mostly) muscle.
