My long term goal is to finish college,then work in the sports medicine field(kinesiology).Also I want to become a model or dabble in acting.I look forward to staying in shape for the rest of my life.One more thing I would like to do is learn to play my guitar.
Mondays:Chest,Triceps,and Abs
Tuesdays:legs,Calves
Wed:30-45mins of Cardio(upon wakenning)
Thursday:Shoulders,Abs
Friday :Biceps,Back,Abs
Saturday:30-45 mins of cardio(upon wakening)
Sunday:same as saturday

im a bit confused on the label of leukic < it says take first thing in the morning and then it says take before work out, does that mean take 6 pill then take another 6 before i work out or just take 6 before in work out in the morning wich i do?
