I got started in 1996 when my friend had me go to the gym with her. I also read all the bodybuilding mags and worked out with BodyShaping on TV. It was addicting and took over my life for the next 4 years after that!!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush and the feel of muscle. I also love what I looked like when I had it!! I want it back!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I had it once and it is a constant reminder that I can do it!! Reading mags, going to the gym, and getting on BodySpace also help me stay motivated!!
BB Accomplishments:
As to date getting back in the gym is one. Give me time and there will be more!!

Two days on, one day off. Three sets of 12 to 15 reps 3-4 exercises each bodypart. Five days of 60 min worth of cardio. I am doing this particular workout to get back on track and start to build muscle and strength and endurance. Back, shoulders, and tris, and cardio, and abs. Chest, bi's,...
My children went back yesterday...it's SO quiet around here! That's great news that you are seeing progress...keep up all your hard work! Thankyou for the sweet comment :)
Dorothy, not only is it a great nutritional program but also what got my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I in the best shape of our lives was following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs, going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Keep up the fantastic work and let us know if you would like more info.
