Hey man, always awesome to see another Marine. I'm stationed out of Jacksonville, definitely need to pass through Cherry Point on my way to the endless deployments I keep going on. Good luck with reaching your goals.

Yeah I think they think I enjoy being deployed :/ Things are going well overall. I can't offer much advice to getting past a brick wall... I've never hit one yet, haven't been working out consistent enough to. I think that's in the process of changing tho.

Hey it's been a long time... again! How've you been? Things are starting to calm down over here in the Afghan finally.

Things are pretty good, I keep having to rotate when I work out, I have long hours too (12hr). Although some times its actually 48 hours straight and then there's the few lucky 8 hours.

Hey there, long time no chat. Looks like you're pretty close to 155. No matter how hard I try I can never get myself down past 205 it seems. Looks like you and I are fighting battles in different directions. You could always try a weight gainer protein supplement, has like 800 calories a serving or something like that.

There's always learning new things... I think... An idea just occurred to me, I could be an instructor for my job, teach people a lil about networking.

Thx will do, things are going pretty great here. Even with a very small gym I'm still able to do a great workout. Weird thing is I've already achieved twice the improvement in the past two months than I did the past two years fitness wise.

Hey tehre it's been a while. I didn't notice THAT much of a difference using Arson while I was still in the states, but here in the Afghan where I work out a lot more and stuff it seems to work a lot better. Not that I have the best diet out here... but that's impossible to have a great diet when you're limited to the chow hall.

Hey there it's been a long time. I don't know if they're going to block this website from the military computers here or not, that could limit my ability to spam you with messages. I hope everything is still going great for you. Things are going a lot better over here.

I've noticed since I've taken it, began a really strict diet, and a 3 on 1 off workout schedule that I've lost lots of fat and am getting very good muscle definition. I'm thinking in a few weeks I may not have fun around my waist lol, which would be the difference of a 36 inch waist to 30.

At most I usually maintain 12 mph for about a minute, and that's at the beginning lol. After that its in bursts of 30 seconds, either followed by a 6.5 mile, 5.5 mile, or 3.5 mph walk :P

Hmm no, I don't crash :P A gold's gym employee said that she took it in the morning, did her workout, and when they closed up at 10 pm she was still good.

Hah, no not any weight, but that's just my body type. I seem to be able to maintain weight while losing fat, even dramatically.
