How I Started:
Refusal to be one of those people who graduate from high school, get married, get fat, and live a life of regrets.
Why I Love It:
I think it's amazing what a person can put themselves through and the changes that go with it. Pretty much it's the change that I can see in myself almost every day, mental and physical.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been able to improve so much in such a short time, I just want to keep doing it.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 9 pounds of muscle and went from 13 to 12% bodyfat in two weeks.

At least I think it's advanced... Things have progressed well this past month and a half and I think it's about time to change up my workout, keep things fresh, keep tricking them muscles. Growth has been awesome, as I mentioned earlier 9 pounds in 10 days is really good, at least I think...
