Why I like this video: This guy happened to purchase my book and is a big fan of my articles and blog. The amazing thing aside from him being a 70 year old guy who can deadlift 420 is that he looks about 20 years younger than he actually is. I want to be him when I grow up!
If you're an advanced lifter, then unilateral training is a technique you can employ to kick start some new gains in size and strength. Unilateral training is simply training one limb or one side at a time. Your nervous system concentrates a little harder when you're focused on one limb instead...
Saw your bodyblog on analysis of HST. Did you ever try out the routine yourself? Sometimes, if the HST is followed, often the weights in the last 2 workouts of 15 rep block is higher than the weights in first 2-3 workouts of the 10 rep block. Same for the transition from 10 reps to 5 reps. How did you get around that one?
