Overall Goal: New pictures up! Comments welcome! been focusing on upper body, especially chest, lately. Gained definition/mass in my back,shoulders, and chest I think. My midsection seems to be getting shredded too! DO WORK CREW!
Fit Status:
For the first time ever I lifted & ran 5 days this week! Yeah!
I was born cerebral palsy that left my muscles atrophied, nerves messed up and bones brittle. My mental faculties were untouched Thank God!
In April of 2008 I experienced a breakthrough in my condition. Started training in August of 2008. I have been pushing my body to the limit and beyond ever since!
Why I Love It:
*Watching my body transform...*The endorphin high!...* The swole ripped tight feeling of your body after a workout!*....* Being able to Glorify God in my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
*Compliments and inspiration from my bodyspace friends... *and from my jacked guy friends ... *and from the ladies in my life..... *Wanting to have a shirt optional body that I like and that will drive my future wife wild!
BB Accomplishments:
After a year I have gone from 185 to 158 lbs! I have gone from a 36 to 33 waist! I have gone from 20+ % bodyfat to 17.1%!

Goal (Long):
I started lifting 16 months ago here is my progress from 8/14/08 to 12/19/09...
Visually it seems that I have gained about 3-5 lbs of muscle so far!
Visually my back/shoulders/arms/chest are all showing signs of increased definition!
Visually my midsection is shredding up. Abs and obliques are being more and more uncovered!
I went from 185 lbs to 164.3 lbs
I went from 36 inch waist to 34 inch waist
I went from 20% bodyfat to 17.1% bodyfat
My major goals right now are....
150-155 lbs
10-12% bodyfat
32-34 inch waist
and SUPER RIPPED
He was my first really good friend on the site . he got me started in the gym and still helps in my training. He is a good friend and an inspiration to me. He is a family man and student who loves working out. He is just like me in so many ways. His guidance and friendship have taken me from trying working out to loving it
First he was there to help me get started. His care concern and passion for my transformation is genuine. His results are amazing . His plan has helped immensely. He is a brother believer and good friend living for the Lord.

Hey man, took a peek at your progress pics finally. Good job! You can see a lot of the progress you've made in your shoulders and such, which is good! Great job!
Right now im doing a total body workout. As for chest, what has work for me is hitting one part of the chest hard (3sets, 8-10 w/ 80% 1rm)for one workout, let it rest 36hrs than hit the chest in a different angle.
As far as abs, i rely on my eating and short sprints ( 30-90 sec sprint, to 1-3min rest, 10 sets) on the treadmill or elliptical, but i do 3 sets 15 reps of each nice and slow: basic crunch, crucnch w/feet on bench, bicycle,reverse crunch, and a set of each plank(front,R and L side)
