Fit Status:
Struugling to hit my workout each day this week and keep my diet moving....dang Holloween Candy !
I was born cerebral palsy that left my muscles atrophied, nerves messed up and bones brittle. My mental faculties were untouched Thank God!
In April of 2008 I experienced a breakthrough in my condition. Started training in August of 2008. I have been pushing my body to the limit and beyond ever since!
Why I Love It:
*Watching my body transform...*The endorphin high!...* The swole ripped tight feeling of your body after a workout!*....* Being able to Glorify God in my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
*Compliments and inspiration from my bodyspace friends... *and from my jacked guy friends ... *and from the ladies in my life..... *Wanting to have a shirt optional body that I like and that will drive my future wife wild!
BB Accomplishments:
After a year I have gone from 185 to 158 lbs! I have gone from a 36 to 33 waist! I have gone from 20+ % bodyfat to 17.1%!

Goal (Long):
I started lifting 14 months ago here is my progress from 8/14/08 to 10/13/09...
I went from 185 lbs to 160.8 lbs
I went from 36 inch waist to 34 inch waist
I went from 20% bodyfat to 17.1% bodyfat
My major goals right now are....
150-155 lbs
10-12% bodyfat
32-34 inch waist
and SUPER RIPPED
Bodybuilding is 90% determination and dedication . Come what May Ian stays the course . there are days that knowing he is pressing on makes me get back in the gym one more time. He has a bodybuilders true heart
He was my first really good friend on the site . he got me started in the gym and still helps in my training. He is a good friend and an inspiration to me. He is a family man and student who loves working out. He is just like me in so many ways. His guidance and friendship have taken me from trying working out to loving it

Hey doobz! Thank you for your kind words and encouragement! I've been working hard, but a shoulder injury has impeded my progress a little. I've had to modify my workout, but I'm still training everything as well as I can. How've you been doing, man?
Chest workout,
Barbell Bench
-i do every set till failure, increasing weight each set (225, 245, 275, 305)
Dumbell Incline Press 3x10 (i do 60's)
Dumbell Bench 3x12 (i do 80's)
Chest Flys 3x20 (i do it with 35's
Dumbell Decline 3x8 (80's)
Abs
Nothing special really, my diet is what gave me the definition, simple stuff that work your abs and obliques.
Hey man, i'm a collegiate sprinter so i have a ton of cardio, but i'm 4 months in on lifting, and 2 weeks in on eating right. Diet is the one thing that put me over the edge and producing results. 200g of protein a day is a must. I'm gonna be cutting weight soon so my carbs will be down to 60g a day or less. My chest workout changes alot i'll send you that in a different message.
It's been crazy right now man. I've been preparing for my senior recital in December. I have my hearing tomorrow so I'm going to get some good sleep and get ready for the day. Hit up the gym and then get ready to play. I have to perform really well. What's been up with you man?

no prob, dude, training is going quite well at the moment, making good gains especially on my weaker body parts but I still really got to pack on some more mass
