Fit Status:
Struugling to hit my workout each day this week and keep my diet moving....dang Holloween Candy !
I was born cerebral palsy that left my muscles atrophied, nerves messed up and bones brittle. My mental faculties were untouched Thank God!
In April of 2008 I experienced a breakthrough in my condition. Started training in August of 2008. I have been pushing my body to the limit and beyond ever since!
Why I Love It:
*Watching my body transform...*The endorphin high!...* The swole ripped tight feeling of your body after a workout!*....* Being able to Glorify God in my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
*Compliments and inspiration from my bodyspace friends... *and from my jacked guy friends ... *and from the ladies in my life..... *Wanting to have a shirt optional body that I like and that will drive my future wife wild!
BB Accomplishments:
After a year I have gone from 185 to 158 lbs! I have gone from a 36 to 33 waist! I have gone from 20+ % bodyfat to 17.1%!

Goal (Long):
I started lifting 14 months ago here is my progress from 8/14/08 to 10/13/09...
I went from 185 lbs to 160.8 lbs
I went from 36 inch waist to 34 inch waist
I went from 20% bodyfat to 17.1% bodyfat
My major goals right now are....
150-155 lbs
10-12% bodyfat
32-34 inch waist
and SUPER RIPPED
has been my go to guy for routines advice encouragement and supplements. really and awesome guy who is ordinaryt like me with extraordinary physique so i can see someone like me who has gotten to where i want to be . awesome friend!
First he was there to help me get started. His care concern and passion for my transformation is genuine. His results are amazing . His plan has helped immensely. He is a brother believer and good friend living for the Lord.

I mainly meant I admire guys with big bis, since growing my bis is my primary goal. And tha'st the only kinda tattoo I really like is that style -- barbed wire around a bicep -- which looks really good only on guys with big bis. Id like to maybe get that tattoo someday but dont consider my own big enough yet.
It's all good, took this week of work, and spent almost every morning in the gym. Sure am feeling a little sore at the moment. But that will pass and I'll be back at it tomorrow. How long have you been lifting?
Doing well, have managed to put on 10 pounds in a month so my weight goal for June shouldn't be to hard..... getting it to look good may be a different story... lol.
its actually going pretty good. Lifting a lot more heavy weights now that i have a consistent work-out partner. Off next week to florida. If I can't lift...i think i'll just eat ;) its a good compromise. Or do some yoga to stay flexible.

at first,you must know bodybuilding is a chemical sport you have to increase your hormone levels by steroids to go beyond your genetic barriers and eat about 4000-5000 calories in a day
training is a small part in bodybuilding I can say it is 25% of bodybuilding
No problem. Chest? I think it's not so good at all. You can see my workout rutine on my workout tracker if you want :). I train my abs twice a week. 4-5 exercises, 2-3 sets each. Working with extra weight to do no more then 20 reps. Chest once a week. Incline, normal DB bench presses, dips, flyes and that's it.
To be perfectly honest - I never saw my abs until I changed my diet. Gotta get into the deficit to let the body start working off the fat naturally. My chest is actually a weak area I'm trying to improve on. I'm getting back into bulking, so I'm switching out bar/dumbbells every other workout and do them on an ab ball.For overall size, I'm going to do heavy weight negative fashion (MUST HAVE SPOTTER). Thanks again for the compliments - can't wait to see s'more prog pics!!
