In 1992 I met a guy at work that competed. We hit it off and he asked me to come workout with him. I began training properly right out of the gate. Got results quick. I became an OCD sponge and absorbed all I could about training and nutrition. Got certified, attended all the camps, clinics, and conferences I could. Started Personal Training in 1993. Now I own a successful training company, still love to lift. I plan to compete in a Masters Division contest this year at 40.
Why I Love It:
The experiment of seeing what the body can accomplish.
How I Stay Motivated:
As a personal trainer, working with others and helping them keeps you motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
None for me. I always preferred being on the other end as a trainer. However, I plan to compete for the first time this year at 40.

To compete in a Masters Division contest in the fall of 2009.
Goal (Long):
After a 10 year layoff from heavy lifting, I have began training hard again. My old training partner has returned and my motivation is reignited. For the last 10 years I have stayed very fit. I'm a personal trainer so I'm always in shape... but in recent years it's been through circuit training and lots of road cycling. Now, at 40, I have the urge to hit ti hard again and compete in a Masters Division contest. I feels good to be back lifting heavy and intense again. I look forward to a big summer!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 12 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
