i've played soccer all my life, including in college so fitness has always come naturally to me. but when i saw my mom brother get into shape and have confidence, i was hooked. i am now going for a lightweight women't bodybuilding competition in belvidere, IL this comming may 2007. how exciting. i have also influenced my friends and my other brother (he just lost 20 lbs, after they saw my results ive made in the past few months.
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding because of the way it makes me feel. a couple of days off, and i get cranky/irritable. plus seeing my body change. ur ass doesn't look good just sitting on the couch...
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by my trainer jennifer abrams. and seeing other female bodybuilders helps me too. knowing that im healthy makes me feel really sexy too!!

becoming the lightweight women's bodybuilding winner in my competition this may.
Goal (Long):
i am so excited to transform my body and make it into something i am proud of. i have always been slightly muscular but this has really shown me how to take my body to the limit.
visit my myspace page and let me know what you think. i have a life outside of bodybuilding, and honestly i think it's sad if you don't.
it is hard to manage my friends when i can't drink, eat at many restaurants, party all night, and wake up at noon, as many of them do. my life is so...
My legs are the toughest to get lean. I've been dieting for a long time now for the show in June. Been doing tons of lunges with weights, stair running, hill sprints, and leg presses and squats with moderate weights. Normally me legs are lot bigger...arrrghhhh those legs! Good luck with your training.
I might be in the chicago area in a couple months and thought we might talk. I looked at your myspace page and I see you like Rescue Me, I have not watched any this season.
Take Care,
Beachy
