How I Started: I started working out because of football. I was very athletic but skinny and I wanted to become stronger so I lifted. After gaining 40lbs of muscle my first six months, I became hooked and the rest is history...:)
Why I Love It: I love the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to be the best, but in this sport you only compete with yourself. I stay motivated knowing that every time I step in the gym, it brings me closer to my goal...:)

What's going on Donnie. I haven't been in the gym for a long time. I did make it out to World's Gym though (that day when the expo was being held). I'm sure you heard that I tore my hamstring tendon--I'm still out for a little while longer. Hope all is well man.
