Best advice I can give you on food is eat every three hours a high protein + carbs (brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potato) + Vegetables. Also eat about one serving of healthy fats a day (Almonds with no salt is a good one). never eat fat and carbs at the same time so on one meal eat protein vegetables and almonds instead of the carbs. Good-luck BRO!!!
