Hi , man everything is going good although I haven't hit weights for nearly a month. How is training going for you? I see that was back is getting very detailed and muscular , keep up the good work.

training has been going good but I had a sinus infection and I lost about 8 pounds that was really tough on my morale.However , I believe things are back on track and I'm stronger that ever before and my muscle are responding quite well to weight training.

how good do you find the bowflex is at building muscle? I have only seen the commercials with people that are already in shape, your the first person i have encountered that have ever used it.

I don't use supplements maybe a multivitamin or fish oil. I can't afford supplements right now and to me most of them are useless. I prefer real food so i only use real food. My chest routine is very basic -flat barbell press, incline barbell press and flyes or dips nothing special or I switch to dumbbell depending on what equipment is available to me.
