this was me ..back in 2003 before i started to work out
I want a body to be proud of..right now..I have a body that I am satisfied with.
Goal (Long):
i want to improve my whole body. i really want to able to squat 300lbs by December 07 and dead-lift 500lb by June 07.. i am naturally strong but i want to add some muscles to my bones...I'm tall and slim but i gain muscle fairly good. i want to reach 215lbs in muscular body weight in about 4-5 fives years ...
After recovering from the flu and back at university. All that stood before was the walking into the gym. My first week in the gym was quite successful. my lifts are going good so far. Incline dumbbell press 80 pounders, close bench pressed 140lbs on a 45lb bar, squat 250lbs on a 45lb...
You know I think it can build size but its best for getting you really ripped, so thats what i really use it for I still use free weights all the time.
Hi Marko! Glad to hear you're just wizzing through your workouts and making gains! :) Sounds like you're doing everyhting right! I'm doing good thanks, but I think my metabolism is slowing down a bit? LOL
Hey, I just started a different exercise regiment a friend shared with me. It combines hilt exercises and weight training. I'll let you know how it goes.
I've actually noticed that I am making progress. I am now down to a size smaller pants as of like this week. I have just been watching what I eat. I am eating one egg usually for breakfast and then eating dinner. I'm loosing weight pretty fast.
