I wanted to start building muscle and build up my chest (pecs), started to see the fat taking over my body.
Why I Love It:
THE PUMP! And setting personal records: 3 X #245 deadlift, happy Labor Day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being able to change your body is very motivational and educational at the same time, but the best thing is the feeling you get from the pump, WOW! The feeling of slowing down the aging process is also pretty cool.
BB Accomplishments:
My bodybuilding accomplishments are not contest related; I am entering the Sr. Olympics in Prescott, AZ, in August, Powerlifting, should be fun!!!

Hi Don...hope you had a great weekend. A friend gave me some info on Yohimbe which you told me about recently. Last week I noticed it's on the ingredients list in my Jet Fuel so I looked up the info and I found some really scary stuff with warning references from the FDA. There have been several incidents of Yohimbe causing toxicity with side effects including, nausea, high blood pressure, swelling and even death!!
Well.. I may give it a try then at some point but I'm off all fat burners for now. I lost a pound , down to 119. Weighed myself today. I'm trying to stay at 120 or even gain 3 pounds of muscle. Kinda bummed out about it. But I guess that' expected with getting lean. I just have to add more clean calories.
Thanks Don, you're sweet. Still more work to do. Think my bodyfat range is stuck. Time to step up the cardio intensity a bit i guess. How is your week going so far?
