How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
My wonderful fiance has always been very into fitness/lifting, and he sets a great example for me in terms of modeling good diet and exercise. He both encourages me to work out, but also to eat a little pizza sometimes...it really is all about balance in all things. What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
This I am actually pretty good at. I've maintained a decent appearance (in clothes) for many years by eating well (except for the late night chip-a-thons, see above). I like to use I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray on everything, and put tons of black pepper on everything. Roasting veggies in the oven (particularly mushrooms) is a great way to bring out flavor.This I am actually pretty good at.
