My experience in competing at Neff Haskels bodybuilding and figure competition was amazing, it was one of the best times of my life. First of all I want to say that the Haskel family puts on one hell of a show, I have been to a few natural contests and they were horrible compared to this one. Anyway It was my first contest and my only goal was to make it to the night show, which I did. After the show was over I relized just how bad I wanted to win or even place. Anyone who has ever trained for a contest knows that its extremely difficult mentally and physically, but if you really want it you will get through it and thats all that matters. |
