Your welcome for the rating. nice transformation, you look a lot better from the nov pic, even though you have only lost a few pounds. I try to go by the mirror instead of the scale, because the scale is just a combo of muslce, water, bones, and fat. Anyway good luck im curious what you do for your abs?
