When I Started:
How I Started: As a walk on to a college footbal team, I got killed. So during the off season I started lifting weights. Lets just say it helped...alot!
Why I Love It: Working out is a must for life balance. And I just prefer to look my best.
How I Stay Motivated: I use pictures of people who have acheived a great physique as a reminder that if I want to look like that, then I have to say no to cake and ice cream (most of the time!)
BB Accomplishments: Changing from a thin 158 lbs to a mucular 175lbs and helping others to acheive their physical and life goals.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): smaller gut, biggger legs and arms
Goal (Long): i'd like to keep gaining weight until I don't like the way it makes me feel, so my targets are in 5 lb increments and then determine the next goal.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb

If it's all natural there is only one way that I know of. Size/bulk, then cut. Can't do both at the same time and get anywhere.

See you've made nice gians too- we're about the same size. I work 8 >5pm, hitting the gym is easy I'm a night-owl I go at 9pm usually.
