How I Started:
As a walk on to a college footbal team, I got killed. So during the off season I started lifting weights. Lets just say it helped...alot!
Why I Love It:
Working out is a must for life balance. And I just prefer to look my best.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use pictures of people who have acheived a great physique as a reminder that if I want to look like that, then I have to say no to cake and ice cream (most of the time!)
BB Accomplishments:
Changing from a thin 158 lbs to a mucular 175lbs and helping others to acheive their physical and life goals.

I'm having the same problem. I think people tend to notice first the added bodyfat that they gain, especially around the midsection, and not so much the overall size. Sometimes it's hard to tell. I'd like to keep a 6 pack year-round but is seemingly impossible if you're dedicated to adding poundage
