When I Started:
How I Started:
I was on the track team, wrestling team, and played football in high school after that i join the military. On 17 nov 2004 i got hurt during Iraq(OIF 2) and lost a chuck of muscle in my arm. the doctor that work on my arm said i wouldn't have 100% strengthen in my arm.
Why I Love It:
it feels good and it helps me to get rid of stress.

Great quads. Training is better. Been able to run a bit longer distances recently without pain. The lifting has been less and trying to eat enough to keep the muscle I have now...tough balance. How are things with you these days?
