I was on the track team, wrestling team, and played football in high school after that i join the military.
On 17 nov 2004 i got hurt during Iraq(OIF 2) and lost a chuck of muscle in my arm. the doctor that work on my arm said i wouldn't have 100% strengthen in my arm.
Why I Love It:
it feels good and it helps me to get rid of stress.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Monday is upper body workout and 2 mile run
Tuesday is lower body workout and sprints
Wensday is 4 mile run
Thursday is lower body workout and swim laps
Friday is upper body workout and 3 mile run

man it's going great. i think i'm going to start taking some fat burners to help speed things up. i'm a little nervous being that i don't even like taking pills to get rid of a headache. well see. n you?
im good bro, yeah i am in the Guard now, AGR so i am full time, i was in lewis from 02-03 then i got out, worked at the jail there on the back side of post. HA first person i actually know on here and it goes way back!!!
