MY STORY
ok guys at first when i was weighing around 96kg (by the way i am 1.70 m high) i was using protein and a fat burn like lipo 6 and phedra cut.Right now my current weight is 70,there is still 20% fat in my body but i dont look fat anymore!since i dont want to lose more,i decided to build lean muscles that is by taking my whey protein and creatine and also No Fury all combined together is just excellent!but i still do a lot of cardio though!for now i gave myself 2 to 3 months to see the results i am working on it,i am having a proper balanced diet!all i need to do is just wait and be patient!i shall come back to you guys later!!!
