Have always worked out...just really got dedicated and FINALLY changed my diet/eating habits. Having a PT job at a vitamin shop helps for motivation too! :-)

For the past couple of months I've eating nothing but turkey, chicken, and vegetables, which is great I'm used to it. But I think my body is as well, holding on to fat. Just going to try to increase the calories limit carbs and increase the cardio and weight lifting

I'm basically eating a low fat diet, turkey, fish, vegetables, etc. I'm determined to overcome this plateau. I'm thinking about increasing my caloric intake
