"Do Work!" Drop 20lbs and sculpt my abs by 2/2010!
Goal (Long):
Ive always fluctuated with my weight since youth. I achieved an ideal weight of 200lbs October 2007, but after a back injury have gotten back up to 235. My main goal is to be back at 200lbs by September 2009, and to compete in my first competetion by summer of 2010. My ideal body fat percentage is 7% and I want to be able to hit 400 on the bench press. With full dedication and support of body building.com ( I am going to join a body group) I will achieve my goals by summer 2010.
Through his hardwork faith, and relentless pursuit of physical fitness SuperMaine inspires me to kick my workouts up to a new level. I plan on taking his lead and within a year have a body that I hope can inspire others just as he has inspired me.
