I won a free 3 month membership to a local gym when I was 16, and once I started lifting I got addicted.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of pushing myself, and the pump I get in my muscles when I have been working hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy; I just look at all the obese people around me. I also just love working out, so because its not just a chore to me its very easy to stay motivated. Plus when I'm lifting to get stronger for Wrestling I just think of being able to lift my opponent and manhandle them and it keeps me psyched.
BB Accomplishments:
Squatting 130kgs for 5x5 back when I was focusing on leg strength. Also benched 80kgs for 4 reps which was good for me due to my serious lack of benching strength.
