How I Started:
I started to freestyle bodybuild when i garduaterd high school for about year and a half before i enlisted in the Navy. Now its been 7 yrs since i have hit the gym or worked out so i have deciced to do the P90X and hit and hit it hard as hell so i can lose weight and get ripped again.
Why I Love It:
I love the way your body feels after an intense workout. The muscles full of blood tight pulsating and the high i get after the workout and the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the movies 300, rocky, pumpin iron
BB Accomplishments:
I my want to lose about 30lbs, gain muscle mass, and to become better fit for my family and carreer.
I want to lose 30lbs and gain solid muscle so when i graduate school i can compete in the Ironman Triathalon
Goal (Long):
I want to develop a healthier lifestyle for myself so i can accomplish my goals. Short term goals would be that i want drop my body weight and lose about 30lbs but gain 10 to 15 lbs of rock solid muscle, and maintain good eating habitats for myself and family. Also i would like to drop my cholesterol levels to below normal. My long term goals would be that i would like to be physically fit so i can exercise with my sons, and when they begin to play sports workout with and be able to run beside them and encourage them when they think that getting in shape is impossible, also i want to stop the trend on diabetes so i want to eat right, and have a lean mean fat burning machine that will stay primed and ready for anything.

I want to LOSE 30 lb

I just completed the first day of P90X and the high and pump after the workout is amazing but the ab ripper is a killer if anyone know any good supplements to take during the training let me know
