Hey! Been less on BB.com last few months due to a little less spare time, but still working hard. Lifting heavy this fall, been aiming at new personal bests in bench, squat and dead, and I've got to brag and say it went well! Gonna go lighter loads until x-mas now to change up. Good to hear from you! How are things coming along?

Haha...belly fat better be good for something :) Back from my vacation to ITaly, so now it's time to get cracking again. Going to be fun to see further results! You're def not skinny anymore, keep packing in the proteins and go heavy. The results will come, for sure!

Thanks! I think I'm getting there for sure. Had a little break now, vacation in Italy. It's going to be great to get back in the gym with fresh energy! How's it going with you? Solid pofile pic for sure!

Thanks for the comp! Everything is going great over here. Training is going really well, I think. Well, I'm a stocky short dude...some would call that a curse :) Make the best of what you got is all that matters! I have some fat left underneath my bellybutton and lower back...hopefully with hard work and healthy foods I end up ripped!! How are you?

Allways had the mass, just kinda coverd in flab. Taken nutrition more seriously and it's great to see the progress, but more so it's rewarding to feel that my fitnesslevel is on it's way up. Working hard to maintain the strength levels while dropping fat and increasing my stamina, and it looks like it's working! Best of luck again and keep my updated on your comps :)

Been busy with moving and the holidays, so I had a little workout break, but back at it. Got myself a new job up north closer to my family and gf, so things couldn't be better. Feeling great! Best of luck this weekend, buddy :)

Thanks for the compliments! I feel like I'm having progress, and looking at pics of people like you here gives me something to reach for. I know what it takes, so now it's just a matter of doing it and keeping at it. When is your comp? You also have wicked serratus anterior-muscles! (the ones on your ribs) Good luck again!!

Been busy allright! But it's all for the better, sp it's all good. Still maintaining good dicipin with the diet, but new routines with work requires forces me to replan my diet a little bit. So I'll get back on track in no time, and hopefully my bellyfat will finally let go. Good to hear you're on track! I'll check in and see if that beach body is acceptable ;)

hey! have had the last two weeks more or less off. got myself a new job closer to my girlfriend and my family. so moving and spending the holidays at my family's cabin with them have taken up my time. But back at it now, well rested and motivation on top! What about you, bud?

Sleep can for sure be hard to come by in difficult. Had somewhat of the same experience while dealing with some personal problems last fall. Be sure to monitor your total training though - cardio and strength-wise. To train hard successfully over long periods of time the (psychological) stresslevel have to be under control. Stress and worrying cuts into your recovery time.
