Enjoy a healthy lifestyle and lose some fat.
Goal (Long):
After many years of just lifting heavy, I've decided I want to focus more on overall fitness. I want to be healthier and somewhat leaner than what I am now. I've had a longterm goal of benchpressing 440ibs (200kg) RAW. This is still a goal, but when it will be is uncertain. Right now my focus is to stabilize my weight at around 205ibs. This is the ideal weight for me and for me to be stable at this weight I have to be more diciplined towards my cardiotraining, so wightlifting goals are on hold for now.

Yes, since I'm a physiotherpist it has really helped we with knowledge I can pass along to others.

Went to the gym yesterday to do my favorite session of the week: BACK :)

1. Pullups: 1x10 no weight, 3x5 with 32,5kg

2. Standing rows underhand grip: 1x10x60kg, 3x8x90kg

3. Very widegrip pullups unweighted: 9, 8, 6reps

4. One armed DB rows: 3x9x40kg

5. One armed...

Yeah, I know....make the best of what you got. But sometimes I feel like what I've got isn't really that much. But I have progressed from the tall skinny guy I was in high school. So I guess that's good. Hey man, even your belly fat still makes you look BUILT!

Def good to mix it up! I usually train in the 6-10 range, but more often than not it's closer to 10, so Id like to try lower reps after Im done cutting. Training is awesome as always and Im finally getting the diet down. Changes are coming fast now! FINALLY :D
