miked512 man, what'd I modify? hell, just about everything. The diet got trimmed to intermittent fasting with a bit of carb cycling mixed in for my activity. The training got upped to twice a day and then lowered to once to get the metab up, muscle damage up, and then some recovery. And lots of cardio ... heck, its been hella fun. I'll say that much.
