When I Started: Feb, 2005
How I Started: I had alot of stress form the job and needed something to burn it off. now I love it and cant miss a day of it.
Why I Love It: I love the transformation and seeing my strength increase. Leaving the gym with a massive pump is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by seeing results and always changing it up so I dont get tired of doing the same thing.
BB Accomplishments: I havent accomplished it yet, but soon.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to get to 210lbs.
Goal (Long): I really want to be stacked. I started at 149lbs and now I am 190lbs with a goal of 210lbs of solid muscle. Its been a long hard road, but I will get there. I want to do a 405 bench press with 8% body fat.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Be careful, I gained so much weight and looked good; but my frame as not designed to carry that much weight. Bigger is not better. Cut is where its at. Peace Sapper

Thanks for the compliments. I just started my first bulk today actually, aiming to hit 200 in 2 months. You have great back separation and thick traps. Good luck making it to 210 and beyond. Keep up the great work.

I work them 6 days per week along with lots of cardio to keep the bf low. Diet of course matters too. Awesome traps and back you have going!

Great pictures. I am from Jersey originally (What exit?) I am GSP 109. You definitely look MUCH younger than 30. Hell you look better than most 20-somethings. Take care big man. I also liked your "Why You Love It" statement, VERY COOL.
