After reaching my goal I cant find any peace.I dont know how to maintain this level .I eat super
clean all week and binge like crazy Sunday .I feel the weight coming back,Im killing myself at the gym and becoming more and more depressed. I tell myself that I wont binge but i give in everytime...

You look great. I never count calories...I eat 5-7 small meals a day consisting of protein and greens and carbs(oats, purple yam) depending on workout schedule. Sometimes I substitute a meal with International Egg whites and Protein powder. Mostly though I stick with real foods. I keep it very simple...that has always worked best for me. Good luck to you.

I have not taken hydroxycut before but I can definetly tell a difference! It gives me a boost of energy and helps suppress my desire to eat! I only can get a small portion in before my body feels full! I have been eating about 4 meals a day! I feel good and I truly believe it has helped! I do however get a little hungry before bed but I have worked on taking in protein before I go to sleep! So I think it is a great product! :)
