I get to forget about everything that's going on and lift weights its great!! Plus I love to challenge myself and push my body to its absolute limits!

It really depends on what I am training or my current goals

Im doing well. Being at 6 weeks out Im at 10% so Im kinda cruising a little bit. But this week Im going to start integrating a second cardio as well. Im already doing some after my training. Do you know what weight class you'll be in?
