i did weights too but only sporadically. at the tail end of my weight loss i stopped going to the gym completely because i was feeling too weak. Don't forget, man, that weight loss is 75% about diet. If you clean your diet you're pretty much set. To really boost your metabolism, lifting weights is good, plus anaerobic cardio (intervals of HIIT, no more than 30-40 minutes at a time).

bikes are great save gas and are great for cardio, especially if you ride in the mountains or on trails! I would reccomend a giant or gary fisher. If you want a good workout buy a singlespeed or since you live by big hills gears would be nice

you're not the only one bro, i did that a couple of time. i'm doing my best keeping up my goal. Haven't seen much change on my body, that a bit of disappointment, but I know in time it will show up. how workout today?

i know how you feel. I am eating more, and sleeping more, to regain the energy. I drink coffee and green tea during the day to keep my energy levels up, and eating 6-7 meals per days.

nothing. i'm still the way i'm. it does give a bit of energy maybe for two-three hours. hunger suppression--thumb down! blah. won't buying it again.

400am, i'll still zzzzZZzzzzZZz heheh, but I'll try to get up around 5-530. I want to be at the gym by 600, but lately, it's 630. but man, around 500pm, i'm falling asleep at work hehe do you work?

i like it. i'm not sure why people think it's hard to eat, it tastes the same to me, although the texture is a bit different but oh well...I just have to remind myself to eat for a purpose. How is your meal like?
