i did weights too but only sporadically. at the tail end of my weight loss i stopped going to the gym completely because i was feeling too weak. Don't forget, man, that weight loss is 75% about diet. If you clean your diet you're pretty much set. To really boost your metabolism, lifting weights is good, plus anaerobic cardio (intervals of HIIT, no more than 30-40 minutes at a time).
after you try it, let me know how it workout for you. I've been using it for these past days, it doesn't do as much for me...i get tired using the product. lol. Ipod rock :)
bikes are great save gas and are great for cardio, especially if you ride in the mountains or on trails! I would reccomend a giant or gary fisher. If you want a good workout buy a singlespeed or since you live by big hills gears would be nice
you're not the only one bro, i did that a couple of time. i'm doing my best keeping up my goal. Haven't seen much change on my body, that a bit of disappointment, but I know in time it will show up.
how workout today?
i know how you feel. I am eating more, and sleeping more, to regain the energy. I drink coffee and green tea during the day to keep my energy levels up, and eating 6-7 meals per days.
400am, i'll still zzzzZZzzzzZZz heheh, but I'll try to get up around 5-530. I want to be at the gym by 600, but lately, it's 630. but man, around 500pm, i'm falling asleep at work hehe
do you work?
i like it. i'm not sure why people think it's hard to eat, it tastes the same to me, although the texture is a bit different but oh well...I just have to remind myself to eat for a purpose. How is your meal like?
