welcome and thanks for the add. I'll be watching your progress of lowering the BF and adding muscle. Stay healthy and motivated and make yourself good reachable short goals at first. Much more encouraging when you get there and then start on another. Keep the motivation up. You're young..so take your time AND listen to your body. It'll tell you when things are going right and also when it needs either food or to relax. Takew care of it and it will give you all you want. Andre
With what we see already on traps, chest and arms.....with a good diet and solid training program you could pack on both muscle and definition. Stay motivated and best of luck. Andre
