I have worked out on and off since the summer before my senior year of high school. Although I lost 35 pounds that summer, I've never really worked out seriously. Just running, biking, and fiddling with weights now and then. I saw my first bodybuilding/figure show in March of 2007 and have been hooked ever since! I gained a LOT of knowledge training with Rich Lauro for about a year in 2007-2008. Check out www.richbodyfit.com for one of the best trainers out there! Been doing things on my own in 2009 and seeing where that takes me for a while.
Why I Love It:
It makes me look great. It makes me feel great. And I've met some great people through it :)
How I Stay Motivated:
'Cause sometimes you feel tired,
feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up.
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
and just pull that **** out of you and get that motivation to not give up
and not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. Till the roof comes off, till the lights go out. Till my legs give out, can’t shut my mouth.
