I have worked out on and off since the summer before my senior year of high school. Although I lost 35 pounds that summer, I've never really worked out seriously. Just running, biking, and fiddling with weights now and then. I saw my first bodybuilding/figure show in March of 2007 and have been hooked ever since! Been training with Rich since April of 2007 and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
It makes me look good. It makes me feel good. And I've met some great people through it :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Cause sometimes you feel tired, feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up. But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength and just pull that shit out of you and get that motivation to not give up and not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. Until the roof, the roof comes off. Until my legs give out from underneath me. I will not fall, I will stand tall. Feels like no one could beat me.

This was me a year ago when I first started working out. I have since put on a couple pounds of muscle!
This is me now. I definitely have a better V-taper to my back and have grown me some shoulders as well!
Currently getting myself back down to 130. Then I want to work on making clean gains over the winter. Maybe I'll compete in the spring, who knows? I like to change my mind a lot! ;)
3 people came up to me at the gym tonight and told me how awesome I look and made good comments about how much weight I've lost. I'm feeling pretty damn good right now :)
I really need to huh? He was sooo dreamy. Fights at Boma Friday night, its my last night there, you will get hooked up if you guys come. May see a hot or not hottie there too ;)
