how to increase my chest size and what are the forms i have to excersie daily and how many rapitation , how many set i have do daily

ok i got a question about your benchpress increasing routine. I started week with Bench 30s and then on fri i went up 2.5 but what about other exercises on fri like Chest flyes and butterflyes? And on days u train weakness on the next week after u do week 1 week 2 u train on weakness do u add 2.5?

SUp doggiejoe i was wondering if you could help me out for me am going to walk on at division 1 team this summer as a strong safety currently am 174 and using your benchprees article i was wondering if you know of any whay that i can add another ten punds of lean muscke and dropp my 40 to with in 4.6 range any thing you recomend would be usefull am just tring to be in the best possible shappe by this summer. Any workout plans you have would be appreciated.

Just read your winning article on the best fat burners. I've been looking for good anectodal recommendations for some of the products you mentioned; and, being that I have to be careful due to a heart condition, I'm grateful to see stimulant free products get a good recommendation. I'll give the Sesamin a try...maybe Scorch as well. Thanks!

I have a question reguarding your 5x5 program for increasing your bench.... i was wondering since i struggle on the bottom of my bench and i do shoulders on wed when should i do triceps any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi i would like to burn 6 to 8 kg quick i have tried hydroxy cut and red line but they were crap so please can you advise me on something much better legal or so called illegal . i train 5 day's aweek running and a little weight's i do it only to stay in shape please help.thankyou for your time
