When I Started: Jul, 2005
How I Started: I was tired of being weak and skinny. I wanted a better body. Originally I wanted to develop the pectorals only but then started to develop the other parts. I gradually progressed into more hardcore circumstances, such as dieting and cardio.
Why I Love It: It gives me something to work hard and strive for. It requires discipline and strength (both mentally and physically). It makes one feel healthy. I love the pumps and results.
How I Stay Motivated: The results. My personal catchphrase is "we never close", which is another way of saying "don't ever give up." I thrive on challenges and view my goals as something to be overcome and crushed to dust - only to start a new goal.
BB Accomplishments: Everything. I have grown every body part a LOT.

You are building a very hot upper body, but your pictures are way small and don't show it off. Find someone who knows how to take good pics, get pumped and do some poses. You'll get lots of compliments that way. You are HOT, buddy, they just don't know it yet.
