Tuesday: Cardio

Wednesday: Legs - Cardio optional, because many cardio machines will work your legs such as bikes or treadmills, and it would only be wise to do cardio if you are up for it and it won't completely deplete you....

when you lift heavy you burn more calories but make sure you take some protein within 30 minutes after lifting to maintain your muscle mass.

make sure you eat like 5 times a day to keep your Metabolism burning small meals about every 3 hour and the weight will start coming off.
