So much pressure in this life of mine, I cry at times
I once contemplated suicide, and woulda tried
But when I held that 9, all I could see was my momma's eyes
No one knows my struggle, they only see the trouble

Monday: Chest, Biceps, Triceps - Cardio for 15-20 minutes
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Legs - Cardio optional, because many cardio machines will work your legs such as bikes or treadmills, and it would only be wise to do cardio if you are up for it and it won't completely deplete you....

Honestly, I haven't really been to the gym much recently due to sickness in the family and with me, but I go back tomorrow! So, I'm pretty pumped about that...
