I knew I was way over weight, and its not like it snuck up on me either. After I got back from my 1st tour of Iraq, I gained 60lbs in the course of 3 years. Now I'm back in Iraq and trying my hardest to remove All I had Gained and then some.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results in the mirror, and hearing people reactions to what ive done
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel so much healthier then I ever was before
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 63lbs as of April 27th

I checked out you stats for weight loss. I didn't know you came here so big. I was getting discouraged myself until I talked with a fellow soldier and his weight loss since he's been here.
