pre workout - superpump250
post workout - met-rx 43g protein
after workout - 2 chicken breasts and sweet potato
lunch - turkey sandwich on flaxbread with raw vegetables
protein shake
linner - can of tuna
dinner steak and asparagus
protein shake
Happy Easter Dan, I pray you had a blessed weekend or if not so spiritual atleast found alot of eggs in the hunt. Remember eggs is a great source of protein, LOL. Keep up all your hard work.
It's been awhile since I've logged in, my bad for getting this back to you so late, but everything is going great on my end. Anyways it's Hump Day, so our week is almost over. How's your training going?
First meal: liquid egg whites and a lean turkey sandwich. Second: protein bar and rice cakes. Third: Six hard boiled eggs (2 yolks) and tuna sandwich. Fourth: Almonds, pretzels and skim milk. Fifth: Protein/carb shake. Sixth: 6 more hard boiled eggs (no yolks), salad, skim milk. Seventh: Tuna and casein protein before bed. Hope that helps, and good luck!

Dan once again we're in this together as you can see in my goals I just got back in the gym, after being out of it for 6 months.
