How I Started: Moved from Me to Ny for my job, decided that I had had enough of living the fat life. Researched a couple of gyms, found one and here I am now.
Why I Love It: I love seeing the change that is happening. The feeling of getting stronger with each workout, the thrill of having more energy, and feeling better with each day.
How I Stay Motivated: The pictures of me when I was younger, and the pictures of me that I took as a before.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To lose 1 1/2-2lbs/wk, and also to become the muscled guy I know thats hiding.
Goal (Long): All my life I have been a chubby kid. Growing up through school I was one of the bigger kids. When I graduated from H.S. I was the heaviest I had ever been. At 255lbs I felt really bad about myself so I decided to change. I wanted to be able to take my shirt off at the beach, have that fabled six pack. I would love to improve every aspect of my body. I believe that in the next 12-18 months I want to be able to bench 350, squat 800, and deadlift 600.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 60 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

Here is my meal plan that I will be sticking to for the next month.

Breakfast6am-2 Slice ww bread, 1egg, 2egg whites Snack 9am:fruit,1tbsp pb, Lunch 12pm:5oz chicken, 1/2 cup green beans,15 almonds, 1/2 C brown rice, Snack 4pm same, PWO:1 scoop Whey w/l-glutamine,4oz skim milk, 4oz water,...

Check out BodyforLife.com as they have everything posted on their website including all of the foods that are both good and bad for your diet and what the weightlifting program and cardio you need to do consists of. Let me know what you think of it. (Don’t worry about buy all of the supplements they advertise.)

If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
