This was taken when I first decided to change, 255 with too much fat. I feel really embarressed about this picture.
To lose 1 1/2-2lbs/wk, and also to become the muscled guy I know thats hiding.
Goal (Long):
All my life I have been a chubby kid. Growing up through school I was one of the bigger kids. When I graduated from H.S. I was the heaviest I had ever been. At 255lbs I felt really bad about myself so I decided to change. I wanted to be able to take my shirt off at the beach, have that fabled six pack. I would love to improve every aspect of my body. I believe that in the next 12-18 months I want to be able to bench 350, squat 800, and deadlift 600.
Hey Bro,
Well I stayed the same this week I think I am eating to many carbs I think I am going to try to really watch that... and Increase my water and see what happens. How are things on your end?
Hey I am Sean and would love to have a buddy for support and motivation maybe we can push each other. Hey do you chat on yahoo or MSN? If so lets swap handles.

If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
