Was tired of looking chubby and not liking what I see. Easy to lose the weight after the first two children. Weight and muscle tone not changing after third child with usual means. Started running ...
Why I Love It:
Stress relief and gets me doing something with my husband...now that he is deployed...hoping to surprise him with huge changes when he returns

Just turned 39. Baby was two... just couldn't lose anymore weight or tone up with regular means... I HATE this photo! I hope the 40 y.o. view is much nicer!

Doctorstacy thats just the way i feel as it takes 2-3 miles for me to get in the groove but at about 5miles i start fading badly lol now your fotos back nice photo btw

Doctorstacy your times are not slow be no means lady. I use alieve for pain went 14miles today just now pickin up my mileage are you planning any races anytime soon again i know a guy that uses 5ks and 10ks for speed workouts
