I weight trained off and on as a younger man. At first to help me get a better swim time while I was lifeguard training. I then took it as a class in college.
Why I Love It:
Out of all the things I've tried it feels the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
From experience: Poor health makes me restless, crazy and sometimes depressed. Good health makes me constantly optimistic, clear headed, energetic and yes... smarter!

What I really want more than anything is a body that will support the liberation of my brain.
Goal (Long):
A body that is a physically perfect environment for brain is only part of it. I understand that what I see in the mirror plays a part in shaping everything I think as well. I also want to use my transformation process as a way of experiencing the overcoming of hardship and the dimming of certain character defects.

For some reason the workout tracker isn't working for me. None of the pull down menus have exercises in them. Maybe it's because I'm on a Mac with Safari. I'll try next time from the Windows machine I have at home.
