hotsaucegolden1 hey man. i dont know what happened but i only got ur comment today :S. yeh overhead presses are my new fav exercise. i must admit i do bounce a little at the knees but they are definitely working. yep i use push presses also do smith machine seated barbell presses. loving bulking at the moment really gonna stick it out for next 3-4 months really wanna make sure i have enough muscle on me for wen i cut.
