There's a HIT treadmill routine you'd benefit from if you're interested in looking more cu up. You may already know about it. Takes 20 minutes.

At 6'3", under 200 should do it for you. Tried some HIT routines? All the best to ya, you look great. Congrats.

Great job, you seriously are overcoming any family history of overweight. Keep it up, though diving in 40 degree water can make you a) black out and drown or b) retain fat like a harbor seal. Great if you are a bull seal looking for a spicy 280 pound cow to make calves with. But maybe not your goal?
