Going to the gym, digging deep down inside, and sweating is just something I like to do because I know that I am only benefitting myself in the long run.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tracking my progress at track workouts. Also, everyone telling me how much my body has changed has helped a lot. It lets me know that everything I am doing is well worth it
Right before taking N.O. Xplode and n-cinerate. Then taking Tight! before I take the next picture. This is in the 205-212 pound range. Need that six pack baby.
Well, track has officially ended for the rest of my life due to countless ankle injuries. I am going to finally get this problem taken care of through rehab over the summer back at home. On the plus side, I no longer have to stay skinny all year round to stay competetive. I plan on...
6:00 AM- 20 minute jog
2:45 PM- Track practice for 2 hours (sprints, plyometrics)
6:30 PM- 10 minute jog at gym; lifting with 4 sets of 15-20 reps and push ups and sit ups in between
With a strict diet... details later.
Great job, you seriously are overcoming any family history of overweight. Keep it up, though diving in 40 degree water can make you a) black out and drown or b) retain fat like a harbor seal. Great if you are a bull seal looking for a spicy 280 pound cow to make calves with. But maybe not your goal?
