Sept. Front Bulking into the hulk
up to 185 lbs (10 lbs in 2 months). I plan to keep bulking until I can't see my abs any more. I'm using this winter to get STRONG.

though my lifts have been higher than ever and though i have gained weight i am looking flabby. next two months i am going to hardcore dedicate myself to beasting it in the gym and eating clean. i am going to come back ripped, with bigger, stronger muscles. it's game time.

abs---better?

shed a little flab---even though i was too sick to work out for about 10 days during this period, i ate well and worked out hard when i did

i've lost so much muscle....thank god this is the worst i'm going to get....two months from now---bigger, more jacked, and so ripped it's gonna be scary! flu got me, and now i'm angry. even at my nadir, i have sort of a six pack so this isn't terrible...but i am no where near my potential

Got my first serious lifting session in more than two weeks today. Diet the last three days has been surplus calories, and 97% clean. My first thought, wow, I had no idea body could change that much in 4 days just from eating clean. I got some leanness back, but boy o boy do i have muscle to add. SLOW CLEAN BULK TIME!

i think im looking better. lost some weight the last few months, but my lifts all went up.
