How I Started:
I started working out in high school to get in shape for football, and I loved it, but once football was over and i graduated i just stopped everything. I'm trying to get back on the right track!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling of being sore the next morning after a good workout, reminds me of high school and saturday mornings after a friday night battle on the field.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont, this is my weakness, I have a weak constitution when it comes to this part of the project, I need help here, and I hope I can correct this.
BB Accomplishments:
Building a 245lb pile of fat. Weight lifting accomplishments: as a Junior in high school 500 squat 500 deadlift

Back when it was all good in the hood Me. Fat. 235 lbs. Day 1- It's on!
This was taken in May of 2006 at 185 pounds. Since then, I've added 60 lbs. It took only 1 year to add 60 pounds once my thyroid started acting up.
My change starts now.
