Hey thanks for checking in, I'm doing well and my training is getting a lot better since I've been more consistent. Pulled some good Deads just the other day. Now I'm gonna go do the main page burpee/back squat WOD today... wish me luck. Hows your training these days?

me and my girlfriend moved as well so I dunno if she'll be doing it this time around but I know she wants to and I want her to as well. I love vegas! lol ;) Best of luck this new year!

Great tats... how many total? I'm sure theres some we can't see. lol I saw you did Tri-Fitness last year. I went to watch my girlfriend for the first time this year she won Grace & Physique which was awesome. Looks like you girls have a lot of fun at that thing.

I love tire flips... wish i did them more. I'm just gonna do some skill work today I've got my Navy PT test tomorrow morning and I already ran 3 miles today being the rabbit for a few people running theirs today.

Got my O-lift cert this weekend with Burgener. I'm excited too cause I just PR'd on my snatch yesterday with 195#... hopefully he helps me more and I can break that 200 mark! How you doing over there?
